Personalised lessons designed from experience

Previously working as a fully qualified secondary school music teacher in Hull I decided to open my own piano teaching business in 2011 and have now been working for over 10 years with students of all ages and abilities, guiding them as they increase their practical and theoretical skills.

I have been playing the clarinet and piano since childhood and read music at Hull University.  Over my years of teaching I’ve taken everything I have learned and combined it into an approach that is friendly, approachable and effective.

It will come as no surprise that recent events have had a profound impact on the conventional teaching methods that have existed for hundreds of years.  I am pleased to say that having had many months to perfect online teaching via video lesson that the system is a highly effective and convenient way for many to learn and I look forward to embracing this new teaching world to it's fullest.
